What it is

Long-form video breakdowns of hypertrophy and strength research, usually citing the studies, usually acknowledging where the evidence is thin, and usually ending with practical programming implications.

Best for

Coaches who want to stay current on training science, and who need a credible link to send the client who read something alarming on Instagram.

Watch out for

Even careful summaries are summaries, and single studies get more airtime on YouTube than they deserve anywhere. Treat a video as a pointer to the literature, not a replacement for it.
