Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information OwlPin collects when you use owlpin.com, app.owlpin.com and the OwlPin API and MCP server, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, password (stored hashed) or the profile your sign-in provider shares, such as Google.
• Apps you build — fields, prompts, themes, icons and settings.
• Answers and results — what is entered into an app, the result that was generated, and when.
• Attachments — photos, audio and video added to an app’s form. These are stored privately and deleted after one day.
• Credits — your balance, how credits were used and the codes you redeemed. We do not receive your card details; credit purchases are handled by the reseller you buy from.
• Technical data — a sign-in cookie, and request logs (such as IP address and browser) kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To run the Service: sign you in, save your apps, generate results.
• To keep it secure and working: preventing abuse, fixing errors, refunding failed generations.
• To contact you about your account, such as verification emails.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your apps, answers or results for advertising.

AI processing

To generate a result, the app’s instructions and the answers given — including images, and transcripts of audio and video — are sent to third-party AI model providers, which process it to return the result.

Who can see what

• App owners can see the answers and results of everyone who runs their app. If you run someone else’s app, its owner sees what you entered.
• Results are visible to the person who generated them and the app owner, and to anyone with a share link once one is created. Turning sharing off makes the link stop working.
• Public apps show their title, description, icon and form in the public directory. Prompts stay private, but copies of a public app include its prompt.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting and storage (Cloudflare), sign-in (Google, if you choose it), email delivery, and AI model processing. They only process data on our behalf to provide their service.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie shared across owlpin.com and app.owlpin.com, and store your light / dark theme choice in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Attachments are deleted after one day. Account data, apps, answers and results are kept while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete its data, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your apps, stop sharing results, and revoke access tokens and connected apps from your settings. To access, correct, export or delete your personal information, email support@owlpin.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Coaches who work with younger clients are responsible for getting the consent the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, let you know before they take effect.
