Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of OwlPin — owlpin.com, app.owlpin.com and the OwlPin API and MCP server (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password, personal access tokens and connected apps secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16.
• Tell us at support@owlpin.com if you think your account has been compromised.

Building and sharing apps

You keep ownership of the apps you build — their questions, prompts and settings — and of what you upload. You give us the licence we need to host, process and display that content to run the Service, including sending it to AI model providers to generate results.

If you make an app public, other signed-in users can view its form, run it, pin it and copy it as a starting point. Copies include your prompt. Your prompt is otherwise never shown to people who run your app. Make an app invite-only or unpublish it at any time to stop new use.

You are responsible for your apps and for how you use their results with your clients. In particular you must have the right to collect the information your app asks for, and you must not present AI-generated results as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice that requires a licence you do not hold.

AI-generated results

Results are generated by AI models from the answers given and the app’s instructions. They can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular person. Review them before relying on them. Results are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

A result page is private to the person who generated it and the app’s owner until someone with access creates a share link. Anyone with a share link can view the result until the link is turned off.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• collect sensitive information you are not entitled to, or collect any information from children without the required consent;
• create content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive or that encourages self-harm or violence;
• impersonate others, phish for credentials or payment details, or send spam;
• probe, overload or work around the limits or security of the Service, or resell access without our permission.

We may remove content, unpublish apps or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits

• Generating a result uses credits. Invite-only apps use the owner’s credits; public apps use the credits of whoever runs them.
• Generations that fail or are interrupted are refunded automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable once redeemed, except where the law requires otherwise. Redemption codes are single-use.
• We may change credit prices or free allowances for the future.

The coaching tools directory

The coaching tools directory describes third-party products. We do not control them, and pricing and features change often — check the vendor’s own site before buying.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a material way, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you before the change takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, OwlPin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI-generated results.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
