What it is
A blank canvas that can be a document, a database, or both. Coaches use it to give each client a shared page: goals at the top, session notes below, a habit table they tick off during the week.
Best for
Coaches who want their system to fit their method rather than the other way round, and who are happy to spend a weekend building it.
Watch out for
Flexibility is the cost as well as the feature — Notion will happily let you build something only you can maintain. Sharing pages with external guests hits plan limits faster than you would think.
